Policies and Procedures for OLC:

  1. All courses currently available for enrolment are listed on the website.
  2. When a completed application is submitted, acknowledgement of the application will be made within 7 days (usually 48 hours), and this acknowledgement will indicate whether the application has been approved or not.
  3. Full payment for courses must be made at the time of application.
  4. Upon receipt of payment, the student will be enrolled in the approved courses within 7 days (usually 48 hours), provided with the required passwords and will receive an introductory email from the teacher of the course.
  5. It is expected that a course will be completed within 6 months of registration, although in many cases courses can be completed in less time.
  6. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner, so that the courses are completed within required timelines.
  7. The teacher will communicate with the student by Skype or similar technology and provide assistance and guidance in the course.
  8. The teacher will mark all required work within 7 days, although it will often be done within 48 hours.
  9. Upon completion of a course, the student will be provided with a certificate of completion.
  10. All refund requests must be in writing.  A full refund, less a $100 administration fee will be given if a student withdraws within 21 days of the date of application for the course.
